Weight loss has been universally regarded, particularly by obese people like me, to be a long and winding quest that never seems to end. I always long for that day when Id finally be able to exude elegance through my slim and fit physique wrapped by sleek, body-hugging dresses. I know Ive done all I could to get me that enviable, svelte figure, but to no avail. Diet is something which is practically impossible for people like us, but here is what I did instead of having 3 large meals I began having 5 even 6 meals a day, before you come to any conclusion let me explain, I had a good breakfast in the morning and then around mid day I had an apple and some green vegetable salad, or sometimes plain carrots, this used to reduce my hunger when I used to have my lunch. I did the same thing whenever I was hungry and this reduced the amount of food I used to consume during each course. This part I am really proud off, I began taking black coffee without milk believe me this might look insignificant but it reduces a lot of fat and calories that I used to consume, and it helped me in a long run. - 16004
