3 Things to Keep in Mind When Reading Hoodia Reviews

By Caitlin Ryan

There are certainly plenty of hoodia gordonii reviews on the internet today. When I first looked into using hoodia, all of the false information astounded me. There are so many ludicrous claims that I found myself laughing aloud at my computer.

As a nutritionist, I have the benefit of understanding weight loss. Its not easy to trick me. While I did find one product (HoodiThin), I realized that many others were probably being scammed and fooled into believing silly claims about hoodia gordonii. Let me tell you what I know so you arent scammed into false hoodia reviews.

Too good to be true: If the hoodia product touts that it will help you lose weight without any effort on your part, then the weight loss company is simply preying on the fact that you want to lose weight quickly and easily. Weight loss isnt easy, but if you look at hoodia as an advantage, then youll be okay.

So, rule number one when reading hoodia reviews is to determine whether or not the message they are sending sounds too good to be true. Hoodia gordonii is an appetite suppressant. It does not burn fat. It does not block fat. It does not work if you continue to eat whether youre hungry or not (usually emotional eating).

The form of hoodia that is most effective is liquid hoodia. So, scratch any diet pills containing hoodia off your list for now.

A liquid extract makes its way to your blood stream more quickly offering you the quickest way to control your hunger. Diet pills need to be digested longer which makes them less effective in controlling your appetite.

Though some liquid hoodia supplements contain other ingredients, HoodiThin is 100% pure and devoid of fillers that many diet pills contain. The fillers in diet pills merely slow down digestion and thats the last thing you wanted to spend your money on.

Finally, hoodia isnt cheap. The hoodia cactus grows in South Africa and its protected. It can only legally be traded with CITES certified companies. Obtaining cheap hoodia usually means that the hoodia is fake or impure.

In short, you need to make sure that the weight loss company sells their hoodia product for a reasonable price, not a cheap price. If the company offers cheap hoodia, its probably fake. It could also being using incredibly low amounts of hoodia. In this case, the appetite suppressant simply wont work because the p57 active ingredient wont be in high enough quantities.

Make sure the company is CITES certified and has done independent testing on their hoodia to prove that the hoodia they are using is 100% pure. When you read weight loss product reviews carefully, youre able to make an informed decision so that you dont end up wasting your hard earned money on phony weight loss products! - 16004
