Before you buy Total Surfing Fitness

I have used and tried several different training programs over the last few years. Some of them I purchased online and some from my local gym, very few has impressed me, or showed me anything new. So I wasn't overly excited when I first heard about Total Surfing Fitness. But when more and more of my surfing buddies started to talk about the quick results they were getting I decided to have a look for myself.

The program is 12 weeks long, I have been doing it for about 5 weeks now and love every part of it, but more importantly, my surfing is better than ever! 5 weeks into the program I was already getting results:

- I was able to stay in the surf a lot longer each session before getting tired

- Getting heaps more waves due to increased paddling strength resulting in more fun surf sessions.

- Great increase in flexibility, I have always been very stiff, trying all sorts of stretches, but this really worked

- Board control and surfing technique

- Realized how much fun surfing is again!

So what makes Total Surfing Fitness such a unique program? For one it is designed specifically for surfers by surfers. Clayton Beatty, whom is behind the program is a certified personal trainer with a bachelors degree in exercise & health science, as well as a super keen surfer that knows exactly what it takes to get the best waves.

One is a surfing fitness test that determines your weak areas to know what exercises to focus on. The test measures your body strength, balance and core and also includes a powerful fast outdoor workout.

There is also really useful information on nutrition, different fats and their effect on your health.
