Green tea seems to be the newest weapon to use with your weight control battles. Like other herbal teas you shouldn't nees milk or sweetners to help with the taste. It is just so simple to make, and if you replace your coffee with the green tea, you are replacing one bad with one really good beverage. Don't like green tea? Why not get the same benefits with green tea extract?

You can reduce body weight by stimulating the body's thermogenesis process drinking greet tea. This thermogenesis process helps to increase the expenditure of energy. It also helps to oxidize fat in the body. Many of the compounds found in the plants have this effect. Keep in mind that green tea does contain caffeine so you should cut out coffee and other forms of tea while you are taking it. Decaffeinated green tea is not recommended because the chemical processes that are used to remove the caffeine may destroy the beneficial properties of the plant.

Along with the use of green tea to support your weight loss efforts. It is also important to watch your calorie intake and also try to exercise at least 20 minutes per day. Green tea will assist by increasing the metabolism and a gradual weight loss will result. To have a greater effect then further restricting calories and increasing exercise will also speed up weight loss.
