Mistakes To Avoid If You Want 6 Pack Abs

By Jennifer King

Most men at some point in their life would like to gain a set of six pack abs. Achieving the six pack can be a never ending battle and often a very frustrating one. This often leads to the question, "How do I get six pack abs?" Part of the problem is that for every fitness guru you ask you will probably get just as many different answers. This article will help you realize the truth in what may appear to be an impossible task.

Below are 5 key points in whish are advertisers dreams to prey on desperate six pack hunters. People who want a set of flat abs badly enough will try anything, and they profit from this fact. They know most of us want to lose weight and have a washboard stomach. You're reading this article for that very reason, and below are some things you should avoid in your efforts of achieving your goals:

1. You can buy a lot of junk food that is disguised as so called health food... they will sell you something that is low in fat, but is also full of sugar so you end up fatter than you were.

2. Ab exercises like sit ups, crunches and expansive ab machines are not going to give you six pack abs.

3. Cardio that is boring, repetitive and doesn't put your body into a fat burning zone will not take the fat off of your abs.

4. You DON'T need to waste your money on expensive "extreme fat burner" pills (that don't work) or other bogus supplements. A special class of natural foods is much more effective.

5. If you enjoy wasting money then you can try all the latest gimmicks you see on infomercials. Despite the misleading infomercials, the perfectly chiseled fitness models in the commercials did NOT get their perfect body by using that "ab contraption".They got their perfect body through REAL workouts and REAL nutrition strategies.

All the rubbish mentioned above is backed with billions of dollars of advertising. It is so easy for us to fall for their claims, which are often over-exaggerated. Don't let yourself be sold on these false claims. You will only be disappointed in the end. - 16004
