All about the benefits of white tea

White tea was first discovered in the Eastern provinces of China. Only recently has it been publicized in the west. Research has shown that white tea is in many ways more effective than green tea.

As an aid to weight loss white tea is at its best. It contains a very high concentration of antioxidants compared to green tea. Antioxidants are responsible for increasing the metabolism rate which can accelerate weight loss.

White tea inhibits cancer cells as well as prevents the formation of new ones. Research into its aid to cancer patients is still ongoing however it is widely believed that this is due to the wide range of antioxidants that white tea contains.

White tea promotes a good, radiant and problem free skin. It has been known for many years that green tea helps improve the skin, but recent research has suggested that white tea is even more better at it.

White tea can help fight off bacteria and viruses. It is a ver good antibacterial and antiviral agent. Recent research has proven that it is better than green tea at fighting off germs and viruses.

White tea makes your bones much stronger. Studies done on various people have suggested that white tea drinkers tend to have more stronger bones compared to those who didn't consume white tea.

A lowering of bad cholesterol levels can be achieved by consuming white tea. White tea contains a class of antioxidants called catechins which help reduce levels of cholesterol. White tea helps keep the levels in under the right amount.

As a whole, white tea is slowly starting to get known as the ultimate herbal health tea. It is much better at weight loss than green tea. - 16004
