Review of Total Surfing Fitness program

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to buying information programs online, but after a few of my surfing friends started to talk about the fantastic results they were getting from the Total Surfing Fitness program I got curious to see what the buzz was about.

At the moment I have been following this program for 8 weeks and my fitness level and surfing has never been better. The whole program is 12 weeks long, but just after 5 weeks I experienced the below results:

- I could surf about twice as long before getting tired

- I improved my paddling power resulting in getting a lot more waves, having a lot more fun!

- Flexibility, leading to smoother surfing and decreasing my chance of injury. I never thought I would be able to reach this level of flexibility this fast!

The creator of the program, Clayton Beatty is not only a keen surfer and a personal trainer. He also has a degree in exercise and health science and knows exactly what type of fitness it takes to get the most out of your surfing.

I recommend Total Surfing Fitness for anyone who wants to surf better, longer and more powerful.

One is a surfing fitness test that determines your weak areas to know what exercises to focus on. The test measures your body strength, balance and core and also includes a powerful fast outdoor workout.

There is also really useful information on nutrition, different fats and their effect on your health.
