How to Lose Your Belly Fat

By Jose Loni

Lose your belly fat the easy way. Losing belly fat has never been easier. By following some simple principles of diet, exercise and stress management, you will achieve the goal of losing your belly fat.

Our diets usually consist of fast foods, sugar, processed foods and foods high in fat. In addition, we tend to eat more than we need to. When we consume so much food with high calories, and are unable to burn the calories through our daily physical activity, the excess food is turned into fat and stored in our belly.

By increasing the number of meals we eat throughout the day to 5-6 times per day and decreasing the size of the meals, we can help our bodies burn body fat especially when we match our food intake with our physical energy activities.

Increasing our physical activity as well as decreasing the amount of food we eat, will help you lose your belly fat. Our bodies can use the stored fat to fuel our muscles during activity.

Resistance training exercises increase our overall lean body mass, which increases our metabolism. The increased metabolic activity will use the excess belly fat as fuel.

Stress management is also another way of preventing any further accumulation of belly fat in the body. When we are in a stressed condition, our body produces Cortisol, which stores body fat in the belly region.

To decrease stress in our lives, activities like deep breathing, tai chi, and yoga have all shown to reduce stress levels in people, who have high stress in their lives.

These simple tips to lose your belly fat are fairly simple, but it still needs commitment and discipline to be able to make changes in diet, increase physical activity as well as utilize stress management techniques to achieve the desired result of losing your belly fat. - 16004
