Natural Menopause Treatment

When you first start to feel symptoms of menopause you feel like you are experiencing pregnancy symptoms. If you are a woman that has already gone through pregnancy you will find these symptoms familiar. Therefore, if you experiencing these unexplained symptoms you should visit a doctor.

Perimenopause is the name given to early menopause symptoms. These symptoms usually take place when a woman is in her 30's or 40's. During this time menopause would not be in its full blown state.

Perimenopause involve the reduction of estrogen in the woman's body, and that will begin at an early age of 30-40 years. The full blown condition will occur once the ovaries have stopped producing eggs. Menopause starts when a woman have not seen her period for more than one year. When it arrives, there is little to no visible signs or red lights because as indicated earlier the body would have been experiencing early symptoms many years prior to the full onset of the condition.

The most significant and early menopause symptoms are hot flashes, often also called hot flushes. This is the condition identified by excessive day and night sweats ,even if the environment is cool and comfortable.

Symptoms you may experience during this time are yeast infections, depression, weight gain, breast tenderness, insomnia and fatigue. you may also experience some skin disorders like red skin rash and prickled or blemished skin.

It is also characterized by pain during sexual intercourse or a lower sex drive. The mood swings and cramps you may have experienced during menstruation is now amplified.

Symptoms such as urinary tract infections are expected. Also it is normal to experience frequent urination or involuntary urination during normal activities like coughing, sneezing and exercising.

Diagnosis: A blood test will allow a doctor to check for hormone levels, although the accuracy of the test is 50/50, the accuracy level can be raised based on how frequent it is taken.

If you doctor confirms that your symptoms are related to menopause, then there are many early treatment courses that can be considered. Treatments such as HRT or hormone replacement therapy or surgical methods.

Before going the conventional way it would be better if you observe your natural treatment options. Herbal or homeopathic remedies will provide relief without major expenses or side effects. Diet and exercise is also very important to monitor
