Presidential Weight Loss Tips? I Dont Think So!

Right now, its very unlikely that the 44th President of the United States is thinking of dishing out weight loss advice to the nation! He has, perhaps more than any other President, got more on his mind that the weight of the nation...or should he?

The health of the nation is definitely something hes interested in, but whats the betting that its the financial health of the nation he concerns himself about first. Its in a pretty poor state right now so he needs to give it his full attention before it becomes an even worse problem.

There are more people who are either overweight or obese than ever before. This is having a tremendous effect on how the nation performs. Far too many people are unable to give of their best because of their physical condition.

If you cant perform properly you cant deliver what the nation - and your family - need from you. Whats more you are compromising your ability to enjoy your life and keep disease free.

So whats all this got to do with the 44th President of the United States? Well, we could all be taking a lead from him already. Why? Because he works hard at keeping himself fit and healthy. If he can find the time to do it, why cant we?

Whats his big secret? Two of the most important weapons in his armoury are available to all of us. The first is self-awareness. The second is self-discipline. He therefore has the ability to know and the ability to do.

The other thing that he has done is to remain as self-aware as possible and not let bad habits take over his life. No secret in this either except that it takes effort and commitment.

The real secret to being as healthy and fit as our new President is to lean new habits. If youre trying to lose weight, and you want permanent weight loss and a diet free life, the secret is to learn new habits, slim habits.
